On time salary and other benefits, various portal for smooth HR related activities like timesheet, leave applications etc.

Dislikes

Extremely poor work-life balance, favouritism, micromanagement even after several reporting system, poor growth opportunities for field level staff (they are 90% and rest of the people are working from office)

Likes

Senior Management is very active and approachable and transparent. Salary is fairly competitive as per the market. The policies are good employee friendly. Cross learning within other departments is though limited but there is a lot of scope for individuals to learn from internal projects.

Full partiality, state level officers are not good. Buttering culture only.

Dislikes

State level officers are like buttering and their decision also unfair. Judgment level is not good. I worked 5.5 years but didn't get promotion because of I'm goal oriented and don't like buttering. I focussed on my work but state level officers like buttering person.

Leadership invests a lot in team building, upskilling and leadership skills of the team. Driven by it's mission, vision and values.
