teammates is good,company has good learning culture,salary & increment is nice,there is good facility to workers.

Dislikes

politics makes barrier to entire communication system which is most important to safety department to implementation.

Dislikes

Owner of company least bother abouy employees and high level managmant at plant level too plays cheap politics Seems desaster inside factory No ethics person after proper resignation do not receives proper settelement of salary
