Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Visiting different village of Jharkhand.

Dislikes

No job security. People working from day one especially in account section in ranchi will dominate. No ethics and etiquette. CEO Pankaj dash is only making money by making rural women produce broiler chicken. No good increment. Only work 365 days.
