The HR system and policy should be updated and implemented as per the current industry standard, salary structure should be revised as per the qualifications and experience and competency level of the state level managers should be higher.

Salary growth rate is minimal as per inflation .Huge Workload and must participate in District administration program also .Poor work appraisal system and low increase as per industry.

This organisation is government under taken body. I work as a Data Entry Operator sine 6Agust 2018. I work specially MIS based work.Office time 10:00 AM to 5:00PM.

Dislikes

Salary not increased time to time. Work pressure is so high and salary is very bad. So current time I not able to Survive this salary. I find best job and handsome salary.

Everything is fine in JSLPS, just the salary of data entry operator is very less, in which we common man has a lot of difficulty in running his family
