Job security, if they feel you are useful and don't demand a salary hike or promotion, they will retain you forever.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The salary hike is not good as compared to other peers. Management doesn't have a clear vision or direction. Always you will hear that projects are at a loss. HR policy is the worst., as per the contract they provide 30 working days' leave. however, you can avail of only 22 calendar days. They don't care about the actual performance, rather they care about show-off. No appreciation from management.
