Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Job security, if they feel you are useful and don't demand a salary hike or promotion, they will retain you forever.

Dislikes

The salary hike is not good as compared to other peers. Management doesn't have a clear vision or direction. Always you will hear that projects are at a loss. HR policy is the worst., as per the contract they provide 30 working days' leave. however, you can avail of only 22 calendar days. They don't care about the actual performance, rather they care about show-off. No appreciation from management.

...ironment and MNC culture. Huge career growth and self development opportunities. Company policies are very fair and annual appraisal conducted, yearly salary hike and bonus depending on appraisal score. Overall good palace to work.

The company readily adopts latest technology.the salary and appraisal is much better than other company also the co-ordination with various disciple is better than other companies.

During the peak time of projects, work pressure is very high.

The company JGC as the word we tell to some other people,its coming from deep heart with full of happiness and I am really happy to work in JGC and lifelong i have to work in JGC.My career growth in JGC is abundant.

I was so satisfied working with JGC in this project(BARZAN).The sub.Conts. CCC,NSH .CBI ,CAPE and Descon. All of them supported me to carry out my responsibility to bring out maximum Quality work with a good Team Work Grateful to JGC and Section Manager Mr.Shaun for giving this opportunity.
