I am from E &I Department, my team was very supportive. my HOD is very talented and knowledgeable person. Yogesh San was a hardworking person he knew about the how to tackle the system requirements and also management requirements. Vinay San knew the total electric design and he is in expert, Shyam San is good human being and very supportive. Amit San,Ravi San, Anup San these people are pillars of instrumentation section. Remain E3D Persons very supportive to achieve the goals in time.

The company is open to innovative ideas and techniques which help to growth of company as well as employees. I like the fact that I am a part of a team that reliable, highly experience in WTP and has a global client Base. Also has a opportunity to travel Abroad. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
