...Y : NOT AT ALL.. ANYTIME HE SAYS NOT TO WORK AND LEAVES IN A TERIBLE SITUATION COMAPRES WITH 20,000 RUPEES SALARY PEOPLE WITH 50,000 SALARY PEOPLE. GIVES SAME WORK THEN ASKS WHY SHOULD WE KEEP. HE APPOINTS HIGH SALARY ( ABOVE 25,000) SALARY PEOPLE AND LATER IN 1-2 MONTHS ONLY HE LEAVES US BY LEARNING FROM US THROUGH HIS OLD POOR STAFF WHO.IS HAVING 8000-10000 SALARY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

...y professionals and treat them till few months as whole and sole of the company., till the time his fixed 2-3 peoples get learned it who is having very very less salary. once they learned, he removes the new staff. NO DEVELOPMENT AT ALL. CEO Is of very Disturbed mind man, can not be on one decision, and never takes whole responsibility on his own decision from A TO B somewhere he leaves his own decision. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT BY CEO OWN. So even a proper professional human can't do anything.

I enjoyed the people i worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmostfare, and i enjoyed going to work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well.

I felt i was not challanged enough at the job.
