Management is supportive it some stage

Dislikes

No fix time for salary, pathetic HR dept, salary deduction in the name of KPA, strict work timings, internal issues, no bus facility after working hours. Plant remains open on public holidays

Salary Hold. If you hurt management ego your salary will be cut without any information. Employee engagement & value is zero. Very toxics work environment. Dirty politics on daily basis - specially on purchase department by their HOD. Old employee not supporting you. Flattery ( Chaplusi) is more workable rather than your dedicated work. Job security is zero - Terminated to employee at any time without strong reason. Increment policy worst. if you loves & care your family than this company is not good for you because owner said - Agar bhukamp bhi aa jaye tumhae company mai aana hi aana hai....compnay ka kam important hai tumhari family nahi.... family mai koi bimar hai ya koi function.... company mai aao or kam karo bus.... your health, your family is not important for management.....

...rowth then don't join this group. Very bad work culture. Management is also bad.Every three month there is salary cut as per your performance.Every month you get different salary.They will change salary after your joing. Don't join this company if you have family responsibilities on your shoulder. No Tea,No canteen facilities, 11 hours long Job.No personal mobile allowed in this company.

Worst Working Culture. I don't like the company culture.

Worst company.No any Quality Work and no any Complete Documentation work .Managers engineers pe work dete hi rehte hai they give more and more work on engineers, All Days work will increase & increase on engineers, there is not any fix time for return to home, Every day There is Overtime but company not giving any overtime Salary. No Work Life Balance in Jewel.
