I worked for Jetserve full time for more than 2.5 yrs. Great Team to work for. Company has great work culture. Work life balance is great - lot of fun activities during festive seasons. All come together to celebrate festivals of all regions - be it Diwali, Christmas, Ramzaan, etc including going for picnics. Company follows strict work timings - come on time and leave on time. You can learn many things about recruitment if you are a fresher. Process clarification is the best and follows very organised and structured way to close niche positions. Lot of learning. Boss is very supportive and always accessible to seek help. Your innovative ideas are always welcome. During these 2.5 yrs, enjoyed working on difficult openings, office get togethers, parties, picnics, celebrations, etc. Going to miss the same.

The company has a very strict work culture. So you basically learn to do things on time and develop your skills.

Dislikes

There's always this feeling of impending doom, as something bad is coming your way. This feeling is mainly because the proprietor has a bad temper and will yell at you even if it wasn't your mistake. So be ready to be insulted and yelled upon in front of your colleagues all the time. There's this feeling of negativity around as the employees have made small groups amongst themselves and no matter what you do, you will never be a part. They are helpful and supportive during office hours but will speak ill of you when you are not around! Phones are strictly not allowed and if caught it might come down to immediate termination. You are not even allowed to give your office nos. And lastly, there are CCTVs installed everywhere and there are hardly any blindspots. So you have been watched and monitored continuously the entire day. You are not allowed to visit any other websites apart from the ones which you have been told to; if you do so then you directly get a call from the proprietor.
