Management has no control on operational activities in the company. Vendors payments get delayed every now and then which great ruckus at work place

Employees should be provided with extra curricular activities to relax and a good mind setup for better work.

I love working with jetfleet because I have received all the benefits for which I have work hard.

Dislikes

Dislike is lot of work pressure some times we have to work round the clock hours but no one recognise. Some times my management don't trust us which hurts us a lot but we will take is as challenge do the work.

Jetfleet management allows to work with initiative which helps to improve our own skill and handle situations at chunch time on the operation desk
