Conducive atmosphere but there is no diversification plan by the Management and therefore growth is curtailed for the employees,

Dislikes

No training for the staff and too personalised in dealing with people leading to casual approach on business dealings. Lack of direction and innovation by the top Management.

Company work is based on other airlines business ,now every airline are doing business at their own so jetair is going to shut very soon ...FYI jetair and jetairways are in the same ownership ..but jetair is going to shut as I stated above
