Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The school owner(Manish Joseph) is such a fraudial he make teachers work for months and do not pay a penny and he does the same with every teacher and recruit teacher in every 2-3 months without paying them and this cycle continues and do not pick up any calls when asked for salary and even blocks you.they are also playing with the student life as well. #NOJOBSECURITY #WORSTMANAGEMENTPRINCIPAL ANDOWNER JESUS PANAH SCHOOL NEAR RESERVE BANK OF INDIA KANPUR NAGAR #FRAUDIAL SCHOOL #SHARE AND REPOST

1.dont pay salary 2.worst management 3worst ambience 4worst infrastructure 5 no job security one must sleep or dont work instead of working in this school They dont provide any appointment letter or anything just because they do not pay salary in future and to secure themselves.
