1. No skill development or learning 2. They won't retain there employee but will hire a new one will give that person more salary then the currently working one. 3. They do not stick to their policies, they change or discard there own policy anytime. 4. No appreciation of work you do. 5. Salary breakup is worst, they will take 1lakh from your CTC for performance bonus and will pay you after one year, worst policy.

Management of the Company is very Supportive and I here are some points which i want to mention:- 1. Company culture is very good , you can even reach out to the CTO, CEO, COO for any issue. you will get a healthy learning environment here. company gives good opportunity if you are good at you work. 2. During our training Chief Operating Officer of the Company 'Neeraj Kumar' sir was our mentor, he guided us throughout the training. despite having a busy schedule he use to take our training session which show how much the company nurture new talents. 3. I was new the Javascript and Node but in the span of 3 months i learnt a lot here it shows the learning environment of the company. 4. HR team is very helpful and very supportive, they keep working for the well being of the employees, If you have any issue you can reach out to the HR's they will surely help you. 5. coming to extra activities every month we have a fun Friday where we celebrate the birthday of the employees and also play some games ( A big thanks to HR team for organising all this ). we also went on a 3 day trip to Kanatal fully sponsored by the office. we have a Fooseball table in our office premises which we all plays during our spare time. In brief i want to conclude that the company values your talent and gives you a family like environment.

Its been Six months since I joined this company and I must say that my experience was very positive overall. Their working culture is topnotch , as well as it promotes a flat hierarchy , where an individual feels comfortable expressing their opinions and asking any doubts ,everyone is very supportive. Helpful Team members and management.
