Team are supportive. Menagmenr is transparent and frankly .thay give good salary

There is a lot of rules and craite area. Menagement doesn't address our problem. Salary timing is perfect but job sequerity is zero he can remove any time

...ing at Ground level. He is blindly faith on BM Am what they show and said to RM. 1 TL was working from home (sorry sitting at home getting salary) regualar 6 months . 1 is cmng daily office. RM did not know. Why ask wht r working hours. Whn all know we worked for 7 days regular

no support from the management side no leave accept medical emergency no holiday leave more pressor in regular work no work time scheduled continue torching about work if someone found one mistake by the team leader's management say (PAPER DAL DO)

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
