In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. The negative thing is that dealership is not judge to employee is properly. Salary package is very less not increase. Do not increase the salary until employee himself speaks. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
