It is amazing to work with professionals here as they are well-aware of the industries, trends and can teach you a lot. The people are really warm and welcoming. Good experience to work with the top management.

The appraisal or promotion is not that great. If you are a young individual and looking for good growth in terms of salary, then you might want to think twice before joining Jeena.

Likes

...angement is trasnsparet. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company politics are good, appraisals ate fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There qa bond of 2 yearw before which you cannot resign. Or the job training is not given to new joinees.

Really good policies they maintained. Full WFH in Covind-19 BM of Kolkata is very supportive and easy to approachable. I truly appreciated that the support he has given to me.

Nothing as such. Could be better for salary package.

It's good company but some people are not good

All language are there ....in jeena it's job to Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
