If I talk about my teammates, they are very supportive in the project.No job security,no proper salary,I don't like jdm work environment because of there working strategy, and I also don't like rules and regulations.I left the jdm on 28 march.They are very lazy to pay my stipend or salary.Yes,I am confused in between stipend or salary because they hiered me as a fresher and after joining they said it was a job of Jr. Software engineer and my salary is 4000. But I also applied for internship in the Jdm.
