1.No periodical promotion 2. No Appraisal only very low percentage of increment 3. No learning or development 4. Worst HR department 5. Mobile phones strictly prohibited 6. once enter into the office you cannot go out untill your shift ends even for food you cannot go out you have to order online only 7. Probationary period is 1 years it's terrible 8. 3 years compulsory work contract agreement if you releive before that you should pay compensation to the company
