Salary timing, most of the people are helpful, less politics

Dislikes

... is very bad with all employee, manpower is too less in most of the departments. Salary is not industry standard. New peoples are joining with higher package where as the primary team members are getting very old amounts. Too much pressure which does not mean anything. If you want to waste some time in your career then join in this company.

...the decision makers having no ideas whatsover about the matter. Very low perks . Persons serving for 15+ years are getting salary below 15 k. Salary and perks committed during the negotiation are never kept . Astonishingly most of the employees are very low paid in papers and the rest amount is paid in cash. Which is horrible. Young Eng. Graduates are recruited and are burdened with production targets as supervisors from the very next day of joining. Non Technical Supply chain persons were also placed in the production dept. Tughlaki type of Factory administrators.

Its a worst place to work. They prefer local candidates to work in low salary. I worked for 10 days and I observed that the company has no system. They hire me as intern and give me worklode as much as possible. When i join they told me that for 6 months you are in general shift but after a week they told that you will do rotation shift. After I resigned they don't give my salary . They use to brain wash the new guys. I recomend not to join here....

Too many things, Top management many times talks to senior and junior with Slang language and the senior managers are not doing anything. Everyone is helpless. Top management treat people like servants. There is no work timing, it is almost full day and even night.

I'M HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON'T JOINT THIS COMPANY,, SALARY BENEFITS IS NOT SUFFICIENT,, BECAUSE OF THEIR ARE DOING THEIR BASIC PAY ALSO HALF OF MY TOTAL CTC
