The Company is open for new ideas, there is transparency in every decision making.

The compensation is not rewarding, the USP is the Work Culture of JCBL. For a same profile the competition pays double the salary.

A total messed up management, no work ethics and culture. One never gets salary on time.My F&F they still haven’t done it’s one year almost.Man managed company Lala culture. Never join them if u looking for stability and growth
