I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Bekar company hai employee ki salary time se 1 se 2 month late deti hai aur koi company se resign deta hai to uski 2 month ki salary ni deti Maine resign diya to mere 20000 rs ni diye aur working certificate bhi ni diya jabki maine achhe se job ki thi

...k environment and culture.Teammates are supportive but management not supported. Company police are average, Not good salary.and I don't know that bonus in this company.

First of all let me tell you that there is no policy of JBS Enterprises Pvt LTD. The company always behaves unilaterally. Their management always acts like flattery, only excuse is needed to stop payment, the rest of their management is the proverb of Aaya Ram Gaya Ram.

The company always withholds your salary when you go on leave. And you will get it only when you reach the site after 2 months of that. They don't matter. The entire management is the slave of the local manager. crap company.

JBS Enterprises is good for fresher electrical engineers.

Dislikes

...wer. Sometime you need to work for 12 hours or more but no overtime pay allowed. This company hold your salary when you take leave for 15 days or more and facing lots of problem.
