No career growth , no further opportunity , no skill development, no work satisfaction , no learning, no salary, work environment dull, they hires only worst engineer and corrupt people, no safety for life and any work , no insurance, no marriage life, no benefit, all engineers and workers work like a labour, they deduct money if you seek or need medication need

Currently I working and it's bad thing company provided salary too much late it's not only one month matter but also every month following continue.

Dislikes

The management having too much poor. Food also very unhealthy. Water problems. Company those room provided that's having very dirty. That's why I resigned.

There is nothing to like here. Repeating, don't join if you're above diploma.

Salary is very less about 300/day and it never comes on time. Will hire you as engineer but will put you with ITI level emoloyee. No adequate facility is provided. No trainer is there. If there is any fault, your immediate superior management will try to put all blame on you. If you want to learn about Substation, go join any other organisations but never opt for this.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

JBS Enterprises is good for fresher electrical engineers.

...wer. Sometime you need to work for 12 hours or more but no overtime pay allowed. This company hold your salary when you take leave for 15 days or more and facing lots of problem.
