Bekar company hai employee ki salary time se 1 se 2 month late deti hai aur koi company se resign deta hai to uski 2 month ki salary ni deti Maine resign diya to mere 20000 rs ni diye aur working certificate bhi ni diya jabki maine achhe se job ki thi

Nothing is confirm. if you go on leave the salary will be hold. The staff working in O &M are getting the salary in time as agreement with client. other has to wait for next month. There is no HR culture in this company. There is no company policy.

Until you quit the job, the company will not terminate you - the only thing i like.

Dislikes

...there is no holiday. Many of us who came from other states can't go home easily. In case of emergency, if we go home them our salary is deducted. The majn thing is management is not good in the company. If you have settings to upper peoples then you can grow in your job. Otherwise you are treated as none. The main thing, the salary never came on time. They provide salary after one and half month of working.
