Consider the Local cost of living and analyse and verify the nearby Company's salary package and provide good salary package/ increment to withstand the experience/Capable down the level staffs who consistently support the organization in a harder times should be Motivated.

Have Good working culture, compensation is good, provide the opportunity to grow. I think one thing which I didn't like which that they Didn't provide transportation.

1) Canteen & Transportation facility yet to be started. 2) HR policies needs to be slightly improved, although improvement is there but pace is very slow.

Carrier financial growth is slow. From last 2 year a lot of politics developed inside. And due to this a lot of restrictions occur to survive a work oriented person in JBM and the frequency is in increasing mode with great rate.
