I like working at JBM as Dispatch Assistant under the guidance of Dinesh Sir. Although the work was systematic rather than other companies. Leaving the employees on time after working hours.

Dislikes

I didnt like the work culture. Less salary paid, terminating employees without any notice and without telling any reason. Most of the seniors were of cheap mentality, cruel and selfish.

Plotics is more , not any trainning,not job security, not career growth, more detection salary, bad work enviroment

Its a good company but salary ,food , buses are very poor .learning something is good

Working environment is quiet difficult even late hour sitting, there is tremendous pressure over work place, when we go ouside for company wmployee use there own transportation..

Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.
