Work culture is worse here in JBM Chakan plant, Salary hike after GET is very less comparatively to Minda and other tire 1 companies. In Minda GET becomes Senior Engineer but here in JBM they promote GET to Engineer. They hire the same post of enginer with 1 yr experienced a lot better salary than the GET they promote. They hire new Engineer with 1 yr experience on 35-40k /month but the GET who promoted to Engineer they pay only 27k per month.

Very hard work in the company. Company politics are not provide but work culture is average and not increase salary any time. This company management are very bad specialy HR department.

I have worked two times in Jbm. At haridwar plant and at gurugram, good culture, respect for individual, salary ok , corporative staff

Some employees buttering and low respect to DET. THIS is depend only on ur manager But overall good

Good work environment and culture and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

...mployees during covid 19 lockdawn. It not cut the all payment of the employees. According to designation the percentage of salary has deducted. And helps many of people's to give some fund to the charity of covid 19

... thing is not good that is The payment id the contractual people is very less. Because they do very well in other words we can say that now the jbm group is this position is only because of this people's but no body discuss about the salary of contractuals.
