Very hard work in the company. Company politics are not provide but work culture is average and not increase salary any time. This company management are very bad specialy HR department.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometimes.i have to work 11-12 hr.parday managers do not value an individuals unique strength,i have to take back my suggestions most of the times

I have worked two times in Jbm. At haridwar plant and at gurugram, good culture, respect for individual, salary ok , corporative staff

Some employees buttering and low respect to DET. THIS is depend only on ur manager But overall good

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
