Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing, No work culture, just one word PATHETIC.

Dislikes

working with this company is one of my big mistake, manager always takes credit of his juniors, owner is illiterate and maniac,He wants employees to work his personal work and no sense of talking and see the employee's mobile phone and personal chat, i mean really who can do this? Company is just Pathetic and Blunder. No work but unnecessary high pressure .No one can stay long there. They deduct the money even for 2 minutes late and not a single paid leave at all.
