The only Good Thing is the Salary Compensation per Market Standard. But there is Bias too across different departments & roles.

Dislikes

There are many dislikes in the Company which many have voiced out & that many have been thrown out. 1. Bias Management across departments, across people related to Work from Home, Performance, Compensation 2. No Performance metrics, KPI's but rating alone will be decided by Management. Worst System 3. Management supporting & backing up people with issues like disrespecting, Performance, Betrayal, & Talk behind others. 4. No promotion policy. Whenever management wants they Promote people & if they don't want they will say there is no Promotion Policy 5. Referral profiles are not respected & even many do not even want to refer people because there is no response on the Profiles. But some from the Management Team keep focused on referring people they know where they are the Hiring Managers. 6. Sometimes the way the Top Management works, gives more doubt whether these guys had any Team-handling experience. 7. Some Leadership Team Members don't even know the difference between sensitive data & normal data keeping everything accessible for the Team like Team Member's Salary info, etc., 8. Even the Most disgusting thing is Management Team supports/doesn't take necessary actions even on harassment issues. 9. And lastly, there are many positive reviews like 4 & 5 on the site with different departments where most of them are Fake reviews posted by the Internal Management Team. At the current stage, the company deserves a maximum of 3 Ratings that too on the compensation part. rest all deserve only 1.

One of the Worst Mangement Combo u can see here. Lack of skills, No Ethics, everything to be followed only by employees. Still continuing with the last minute Termination against a senior employee for voicing against the Management. HR Team's even worst side to even block the access doors to prevent the employee going out of Floor before discussion for Terminating. Sometimes thinking is this a company or something else.

The company is very good at USA location/Management even the colleague from USA are excellent and supportive

In India they are running a jail/ shelter house, There are few from the management side they do the favourtism, we are often required to share personal matters with management,One AM has negatively impacted the entire workplace culture and targets individuals for harassment and misusing the power, and the worst part the entire behaviour is appreciated by the india management

Still continues With Firing the Employee on Same Day. Clearly the Company is setting up a Wrong Culture and they are good in doing that. Company to Grow it might take a long time but for the Same to fall it happens quick . Who knows. People with Very Less Experience growing in this kind of Culture mostly take less Good Value and takes a lot of Negative things forward. Top Management thinks they can control everything and throw anyone out. It can Happen to anyone as in the Past Top Management People has been Thrown out. So we better move on as we cannot straighten Dog's Tail.
