...ch was happened in 2008 when USA was in trouble due to Banking services crashed. In India there is no impact but some corporate had taken the advantage of the incidents not given salary hike and Promotion but our Chairman Mr. S.K. Arya visited all the plants and address all the employees that need not to be panicked and given salary hike and Promotion.

There is one thing I want to share is no on job training is provided to new joining this i observed during my tenure. I left company in 2012.

Company culture is good Quality head is a supportive , down to earth you will feel safe with him But as every boss evey good things goes to him first Plant head is also genuine

Engg department is worst here , leaded by a dumb guy No FTR Projects I have ever seen HR department is worst they only mail for birthdays , no employee satisfaction Some of the people spread negativity , as they are not educated

Two brother are in operation of factory that there is no support expect from the owner and after office time always a important task pending from owner they say do this before leaving.

Faridabad all 3 plants are terribke to work only gurgaon plant is good these guys are not providing basic immunity to employees
