Well most students have learning disability like linguistic, educational cultural even personal challenges. So ESL is more difficult for them then other countries. It was a challenge for the second language teachers of English to teach English as a foreign language.

teammates very good, training average, job security depends on performance, career growth nil, salary very good, travel excellent, worklife balance OK

language barrier, without Arabic proficiency work life balance is hampered.

When they have pressure for reducing employees they could not took good decisions they terminated the experience person who's professional in IT and they kept continuing nonexprience person even they don't have experience in

I get to teach courses I would never have taught in India. I also have breathing space to carry out extra curricular activities.

Dislikes

I am sad I haven't been promoted due to policy change with regard to expatriates.

We had many training programs for the faculty members.I learnt to teach online here. I worked as coordinator and enjoy teamwork.I enjoyed my teaching job and interacting with young adults and mentoring them.

Dislikes

Nothing but the uncertainity of job because they have started with the nationalisation programme.
