The company was still ran by too stagnant people who don’t want to pay attention to new techniques, buying and merchandise(bags and footwear)category has no scope of growth, the manager made me crazy and gave me anxiety and mental breakdowns She used to contact me even after I left the office and ask about work Late night calls, early morning texts, disturbing on leaves were normal It was very difficult to take leave more than 3 days, there was too much of personal intervention of my manager

As an intern was harassed by a designer(women's apparal design dept from pearl). She is someone with 10+ years of experience in this field but doesn't know how to behave. Was overburdened, micromanaged and verbally abused by her infront of everyone.
