All are good ,But I don't get salary according to my experience. I have 8 years experience only CT and MRI. Some people is here ...there is 2 promotion in one year. Promoted from x-ray to CT and Salary and post also.

...sks. The department didn't step in to distribute duties to mitigate exposure. They even withheld Salary for 4 months and are cutting salaries.

Poor communication from HR and management. Lack of transparency and low trust in payment of salaries.

Good work environment and culture .. team work are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but cereer growth is slow there is a bond of 1.5 year before which you cannot resign .onthe job training is not given to new joinees

...the period of lockdown since the hospital management told me revenues were down. Even before lockdown, my salary was delayed by three months. Midway through the lockdown, at the time of renewal of my contract, I was told by the CEO that my contract would be renewed only for a period of 3 months since that company was in financial trouble. This was done past the fate of contract renewal without any riot discussion. My faith in the hospital leadership was broken.

Lack of clear leadership and an autocratic and opaque style of management
