...sks. The department didn't step in to distribute duties to mitigate exposure. They even withheld Salary for 4 months and are cutting salaries.

Poor communication from HR and management. Lack of transparency and low trust in payment of salaries.

Team Mates are actually quite cooperative. But don't expect any help from management regarding any of ur issues. The best thing about Jaypee is its building. It's super clean and beautiful. Doesn't seem like u r in a hospital. Pay is generally good. ( never on time though)

You will have to constantly go to the HR department to ask for ur salary. There is no rule that a doctor has to work for 48hrs, unlike every other hospital. It could be anything depending on the demand. Which means no work life balance. There is no growth for resident doctors, so u better study!!!!

Things were very systematic. Our head of the department was very good and open to new ideas. I have gained alot from this institution both personally and professionally

Compensation could be improved upon and also the non doctoral staff (especially in the management) needs to respect the doctor’s

All are good ,But I don't get salary according to my experience. I have 8 years experience only CT and MRI. Some people is here ...there is 2 promotion in one year. Promoted from x-ray to CT and Salary and post also.
