Standard things offered by any workplace- work/projects, salary paid on time, leaves offered and fairly easy to request, tea/coffee offered, safe working environment for females.

Dislikes

Extremely strict and unreasonable timings of entry, very less lunch break (strictly 30 minutes), no canteen or break room at all: eat at your desk, unnecessary and non-empathetic/unkind micromanagement, fear-based environment, uncivilised yelling by upper management. These make for an unpleasant work environment. Not much skill development/learning, almost no team-building activity or company-wide educational or recreational engagement. Processes are mostly manual and not automated much. Two Saturdays working. Upper management is biased and plays favourites.

The company is using very old technology due to this a lots of manual work duing by the employees there is no skilled development on this company and work culture is very poor and work place is too uncomfortable.

Dislikes

...have to work 14-16 hour straight in a Day, and also the management is very poor. They duduct 35% of salary on Covid-19 even though I was working at that time.

Likes

...day off, Medical, PF, and annual bonus facilities provided by company are good. Salary transferred in a/c on time. Leaves provided whenever required. Job pressure is shown on face of employees. The work culture and cooperation is very poor. I was also worked for 5 yrs in 2001 to 2005 then the job security and working culture was very good.

Dislikes

Now the work culture is very poor. Excellence and skilled are demoralizes by senior management and total dictatorship is going on in the company. Secondly, lobbying is most important to work here. No one listen against this lobby. Flattery and buttering are key to job security besides you are foolish and do not have more expertise. The management is very smart as they do not doing continuous work for 8 hours. They don't have any idea that how much time a task will took to finish it. They think that like them other employees are enjoying the work but it's not true. A person who will do continuous work in heavy pressure can make any mistake that is not tolerable for those who do not associated with so called lobby and fired from the job and making lot of mistakes but devoted to the lobby are safe forever.

Nothing is special so that I Iike about the working at Jaypee Brothers Medical Publishers. By giving mental pressure they compel me to resign by taking undue advantage in covid period. I totaly lost me fourteen years to work with them as no job security and dirty poliltics.

Dislikes

...ypee Brothers Medical Pub. marked by financial struggle and job dissatisfaction.Despite my honest dedication the working condition and compensation were poor , not giving me salary increament in last three years. include heavy workload and no growth. They cruely forced me to resign job at my age 48 having single with my old age parent responsibility. I begged for job by telling real fact but company not shown any sympathy and take my job. I think strongly ,Working with Jaypee Brothers Medical Publishers is totaly wastage of time.

Paid salary on time but too much work there . some of the employee is not good in conversation .they always shows there attitude not cooperating . Blam you always even her/his mistake..

No good increment 8% every year . sometimes even not increment. After 4. Years i ask for increment my salary 5000 more but they denie .
