Work culture in this company is extra ordinary. Management and specially owner always care for employee the same way they do for client. For Job security, payment is always done irrespective of market movement. No payment deduction. 100% payment is done on time. Due to Covid, there are some layouts but here there are always opportunities. Learning is greatly appreciated. Company policies are such that one can live life happily, balanced and with their religious views. The Owner is jain and always encourages or give flexibility in time for chovihar or yatra. Work committed is always delivered on time.

They understand everyone's situation. This is not bad but sometimes I feel being too good is also not good. By God grace, there isn't any problem with anyone. Everything is really good.
