Company supported in Covid-19 without any salary deductions but job security is terrible. No appraisals No Trainings No Supporting. Now company merged two warehouses in one location & thinking reduce manpower. I think in this month out of six employees they will remove atleast two employees definetley. We waiting who are the effected person under company decesion.

Management doesnt address our issues. Career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like the company as i am a part of a team for past 11 years deals with high quality products and has a global client base, we work happily in collaboration

Compensation is good, we are doing our work sincere and take challenges but we were unnoticed during the appraisal.

There was no pressure just maintain your daily work and make strong relationship with clients is enough to survive in the organization

Dislikes

No more learning after you complete here 3 Months, same format on daily basis. Too much pressure of cost, company always wanted with employees to do Job done in relevant amount.

Monopoly, delay in taking decissions, no control on quality and basic warehousing protocol, just place to work for salary..nothing much to learn or you can implement either
