Plant is always unsafe condition because Mr. Chakoborthy was always bypass all system and no safety culture as well as salary don't know which date came. Canteen food quality is very very bad. No job security.

...ement employee benefits & park time to time, Increment & promotion time on time. If increment on October month but it has applicable from April as an arrears and pay to the employee.

Not pressure of work , good culture people are also friendly my senior is good, if you stay for work c off will generate , snacks also availble, good place to learn and even stay for long time, bus is free ,bonos is extended to your ctc, one time ctc will get at increment time that was ausome.

Work culture is same in every steel plant, plant is good if you have experience , salary is totally half for the freshers, as compared to other plant & nd neither any accommodations provide by company, growth is slow. , Thank you
