1. Salary cut is very high for 6 month for each employee upto 50% during COVID-19 situation. 2. Employees removed from job with incorrect blaming. 3. In Covid-19 situation forced to employee to work from office with 50% salary for 6 month. 4. Company didn't take responsibility (medical expenses) who work from Office due to forced by management. 5. No facility provided to employee work from office during lockdown. (No canteen, no transportation and no any expenses for these facilities) 5.No job security.heavy man power reduction every year. 6.Apprisal not done last 2 years. Dislikes

1. Management is too poor quality and unprofessional. 2. Insecure work environment and there is no any value for technical expertise. 3. Compensation will get deducted if employee reach after 9:30am in office. No time flexibility. 4. No enough technical tool and instruments available for work place. Also the technology is too old and outdated. 5. Boss is always right and you can't argue or cross question them.

...al man power reduction is compulsory here and work environment is also very bad.they do not give bonus and every month applied block closure ( 4 to 8 days every month) due to lack of work schedule.

Very bad work environment and culture.management not supportive and company policies change as per company owner decision. Canteen food quality very bad. Appraisal not fix every year, less job security..

...uses desktop Entirely dependent on force motors employee review. Strict timing. Even if you late for 5 minutes they will deduct your salary proportionately. Don't join in Direct Tax dept. The force motors DT hod have no sense of talking. He is very arrogant and dominate jaya hind employee. For Tea, you have to get your cup and stand in a queue which feels very embarrassing. More than half employee’s are senior citizen..
