Jay Jalaram industries located at Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat. Company policy are very good and work environment is very very nice. It's management is very powerful but it's have no wrong arrogance. Its manufacturing facility very powerful and all people are very very knowledgeable. Thank you very much Jay Jalaram industries and its management who give the opportunity to serve in your organization.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
