If your boss if good you will feel like a government job. No jeek jeek. You get paid on time. Companies policy some what good. Company has it's own bus facility for employees. Even has good canteen.

But if your boss if bad. You will feel like hell. Growth is ohk. No culture of working and no job security.

Very enthusiastic and free work atmosphere. Extremely supportive management. Helping and supporting seniors. Great Team spirit. Good funding for R&D activities. Company growing fast. New technologies and ideas are promoted. Innovation is welcomed. Work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per foreign MNC. But selected performers get high value.

Salary is less but good appraisals if given desired output. Alternate Saturday working.

I like other department & staff is very helpful but i don't like my Department, there is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.
