It's was my first experienced first of all. I personally from my point of view would like to say that it's has been very challenging but to be very honest, the working atmosphere tend to be very poor in many ways. There was no proper way of working. Unprofessional in many ways, poor equipment, terrible road condition, and more. That's all I can say.
