I quited this academy because thay don’t give salary and without discussion and Without any mistake they just throw out of the company and no rules are there no regulations .. mine is very bad experience

It was great working with jawed habib as it was unisex salon....got to learn many things ....product knowledge etc..

The pay scale was too low as per my experience and communication skills and der was no pf and commission part was also too low..

Very laid back environment though, feels like an SBI Bank except these guys have Lunch time the whole day. Dimwit Founder thinks he is God, Brainless Assistant. Deadly Duo for any organization. Don't join. The Company is going to Shut Shop soon.

Its a growing company , lot of opportunities. It can be one of the best companies in India.

Dislikes

No job security, They will take you off the company based on others feedback without discussing with you. The politics is pathetic. They are not concerned about the hard work done for the company.
