Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Team mates is good, fully trained, job security (temporary), carrier growth nil, salary is poor, moderate politics, learning is good, work environment is stressful, innovative, work life balance is not satisfied

On 24 th April 2023 the management took meeting with critical care medicine department and told us that your department is dissolved since 25th April 2023.We had two DM critical care medicine students since 1 year and department existed since 2021🙂

Worst politics almost we 3 Anesthetist have resigned twice in last 10years

It is the place that made me who I am today. It frames lives of hundreds of medical students like me and I have huge respect for all my teachers. It is an experience worth having.
