- academics are simpler and methodology is good - easy to deal with students and parents - vast scope of learning new things -teacher can upgrade themselves through training

...personal life - only join if you are bachelor or not getting any other good job - even if the salary is quiet high please don't fall prey to it. There is no mental satisfaction

Like the working challenges in JNVs, working culture, creative work, accommodation Fascilties, salary etc

Expectations very much from a teacher, so many charges other than academic, students have been given very much freedom etc

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not every school but where I do job there were no unity.

The policies for contract employees aren't good. As the organization doesn't care if the contract employees are suffering in times of pandemic without pay since May 2020.
