It's a grooming retail industry in the entire GCC holding multi international brand which includes all of fashion, footwear, home appliances and chain restaurants.all employees have a full job security and provided with a advance training, time to time which leads to an excellent deliveries of customer service, team work and product knowledge. appraisal takes place once a year and gives us an opportunities for our personal growth.its a very working friendly environment where we shares our ideas, creativities and achievements to each other. Higher management team is very supportive and giving responsibilities depending upon employees caliber. Working with this organization is most likely going to school or college where we learn something new, idealistic and creative everyday. Lastly I would like to mention, customers are the best teachers in retail from where you learn a lot, regarding trends, fashion, quality, brands, prices, about the market arround us.if we follow all of this basic knowledge of retail then definitely it will lead to generate our store sales.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high and most of the times company was not giving compensation(overtime)shortage of staffing and the store was of big size holding a stock of more then 25 thousand units.running store of this size was a big challenge with 7 staff.

Good work and we are one of the best team in a business group but the management day by day coming unhelfull no one follow company rules salary are pending minimam 6 month to years It is very hard to survive for us

There is no any granty I can received my salary eand of the month and we lost our hope that we will received our finale satelment after regian a long service Hope my openion will touch any one of human the one can help us And hidden my name for it Tnx

Well I was get job in jawaad , also this company give us 1st carrier break for us, so overall experience was fabulous….

Unfortunately business is going drop down and they close the stores , and I was not save my job… for the short period of time they was informed me about my termination letter , and I was not found my future job in region K S A .

Jawad business group IT department was big consisting of 50 to 60 total staff spread all over GCC including, Development Team, Network Admins, System Admins, system engineer. The whole team work togather and solved technical issues very easily. Myself was working networkand system admin for Furniture division along with fashion section outlets.

Salary increment for IT department was very minimal, that happens with IT department of all companies later I realised
