Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary not on time. Salary releasing once in three to four months. Already quit from this company. Full and final settlement not yet settled even after six months after resignation. No proper response from Javin team. Financially strapped while working with this company.

In javin IT salary increment is based on client , If client increase the payment to javin then only they will increase your salary . Max 3000 . Many followups we need to take . In my case it was 3 months.
