The basic salary is purposely kept low across all levels so as to keep the PF component as low as possible. They do not have a HR team and adopt ad hoc method to address HR issues.No health insurance benefit for spouse which is not an appreciable fact.

Poor and indecent way of treating employees especially by Senior Management.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I am lucky to be a part of their team.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths

NO WORK LIFE. NO FUTURE. NO COMPENSATION. GROWTH IS SLOW. EVERY SINGLE DAY I WORK AROUND 14-15 HOURS. MANAGERS DO NOT VALUES AN INDIVIDUALS.NO APPRAISALS IN MID WAY YEAR. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE UNEDUCATED.

They can close the bussiness any time if not getting jobs. Hiring people from very good company and then ask for resiganation. Worst company I have ever seen in my life. Dont join this company. Even Chairman is not taking right action. Worst Management. Behaving like a startup.
