Nothing there is likeable in my time.

Very few staff for every region so a lot of work load expects to make calls even on offdays strict login time but late afternoons with super high expectations on a small salary . Nothing senseful to learn just repeats th| same sentences again and again( i don't care just make it happen ) can be even rude sometimes no valid reasons accepted for being late or off. Just would suggest not to work here and look else were as they are always ready to deduct salary as much as possible.

After putting all the effort and making sales they don't give the incentives that they promise. I coordinated for a year with the customers for all the formalities by expecting that I'll receive the incentives for my hard work. They say they have not received the amount from the builder and after a year they say that the policy has been changed which is such a big fat lie because after a year as an ex employee you cannot file a complaint against the company.
